Complex of independent houses – Thermi Thessaloniki

This is a complex of bioclimatic houses in the Municipality of Thermi in the prefecture of Thessaloniki.

The study envisages the construction of four identical independent bioclimatic building volumes, with residential use, which follow the natural slope of the ground resulting in the gradual escalation between them with a difference in height of one meter.

In detail, each building volume contains in total four properties which are placed in pairs with a common staircase in the middle. Each building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof. Specifically, one property is developed in the basement and ground floor and the other property in the first floor and the roof. Each property will have exclusive use of the garden and the other of the roof respectively.
